Planning

We intimately understand how critical the planning process is from a producer standpoint. We know how each department intertwines with each other prior to spudding a well. That is where WestMont can help in the process from beginning to end in the lifecycle of a well.

Midstream

WestMont will step in to advise on midstream options and opportunities for their clients on existing production and upcoming production, staying informed on midstream buildouts and constraints. We cultivate our relationships with both small and large-scale midstream companies and are experienced in contract evaluation and negotiation.

Marketing

WestMont brings a vast network of diverse downstream partnerships, including industrial end-users, Gulf Coast LNG producers, and power-load markets. We bring a transparent, competitive process to each customer.

Accounting

Included in our full suite of services, WestMont will perform all marketing accounting functions for their clients which includes preparing and distributing invoices for volumes sold; receive and reconcile physical purchase invoices, pipeline invoices, pipeline statements, POP statements, tickets and runs statements; actualize, reconcile and allocate physical sales and purchases, fees, fuel and imbalances on actual flow back to the wellhead; prepare netback allocation reports for the revenue accountants.

Scheduling

The WestMont team is comprised of personable and detail-oriented oil and gas schedulers that are available 24/7/365 for our producer's scheduling needs. This includes scheduling and confirming pipeline nominations, oil truck hauling, optimization activities, managing imbalances, and providing sales data to the marketing accountants to complete well allocations. Our schedulers directly communicate with our client's field and operations teams regarding volume forecast, maintenance, flowback operations, SIMOPs, unexpected downtime, etc. to accurately determine volumes available for sale each day.

Optimization

With decades of experience in the physical commodity space and the WestMont team’s deep network, we will pursue short- and long-term strategies to enhance netback pricing.  Our proprietary view of the markets and commercial expertise present first mover and forward-thinking opportunities.

Asset Valuation

WestMont has extensive experience assisting investors and owners with the valuation of the marketing and midstream assets within an operational portfolio.  We will identify and execute value adds during the due diligence process.

Risk Management & Hedging

We think about risk management in the simplest way - portfolio performance with cash flow security.  We bring that perspective to our clients with a variety of tools and structured products custom tailored to their hedging preferences.
